How Infinispaces handles personal information, in plain language.

Last updated: 1 October 2026

Infinispaces is a Singapore-based business that runs independent ventures: HomeKeyStudio SG, Infinity Designs, SG Fit-Out Leads, and small-business content & listing support. This policy explains what information we handle and why. We aim to follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. What we collect

  • Contact details and messages that you send us by email, such as your name, email address, business name and whatever you write to us.
  • Business information that clients give us for our small-business support service, such as opening hours, service lists, photos and facts about the business.
  • Business information from public sources for SG Fit-Out Leads (see section 7).

We don’t need customer personal data to provide our services, and we ask clients not to send it. We never ask for your passwords.

2. How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, to deliver what you asked for, to run and improve our ventures, and to keep a record of our conversations. If we send you a short outreach email, we use your business contact details only for that purpose.

3. No selling or sharing

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with others for their marketing. We only share it where needed to run our services (for example with the platforms in section 5), or where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use cookies or analytics at the moment. It has no accounts and no contact form; the email links open your own email app. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first.

5. Third-party platforms

We use other services to run our ventures. They have their own privacy policies, which apply to the information they handle:

  • Gumroad for selling digital products and data lists.
  • Redbubble for printing, selling and shipping Infinity Designs products.
  • Cloudflare for hosting this website and routing email sent to our addresses. Our hosting provider may process standard technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site.

Payments for products on these platforms are handled by the platform. For small-business support, we are paid by PayNow or bank transfer.

6. Keeping and deleting information

We keep emails and client information only as long as we need them to serve you, to keep reasonable business records, or to meet legal requirements. When a client stops using our service, we delete the business materials they gave us on request. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 9).

7. Public-data source: SG Fit-Out Leads

SG Fit-Out Leads lists are built from public information about registered companies. They cover companies only (no sole proprietors) and contain no email addresses. Each row has the company name, UEN, BCA grade, registration expiry, address and business phone.

Contains information from the BCA Listing of Registered Contractors via data.gov.sg under the Singapore Open Data Licence v1.0. Not endorsed by BCA or any government agency.

The data is a snapshot as of 1 October 2026 and can lag BCA’s live directory.

8. Opting out of emails

If you’d rather not hear from us, reply UNSUBSCRIBE (or “no”) to any of our emails. We will remove you and won’t contact you again.

9. Access, correction and deletion

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected], or the venture that contacted you (see our Contact page). We will reply as soon as we reasonably can.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
